For the fourth year, El Paso County Sheriff’s Office is selling pink patches in support of the Pink Patch Project. All proceeds benefit the UCHealth Memorial Hospital Foundation’s Circle of Hope Fund. This fund helps to cover transportation, food, medical supplies, supportive cancer treatments not covered by insurance, and living expenses of patients receiving cancer care at Memorial Hospital.

"The Oak Creek Police Department is located 25 miles south of Steamboat Springs in Colorado. The department provides law enforcement services for a population of 1,000 residents covering 0.3 square miles.
The department is in the process of raising money.  We have dedicated this year's fundraising to a general fund; once all our patches are sold, all the money will go to breast cancer research.

Those pink patches you see on the uniforms ofSummit County Sheriff's Office deputies this month are helping to increase awareness about breast cancer and also to raise money for local breast cancer initiatives. We're so grateful for the support of the Sheriff's Office. For a suggested donation of $15, one of those pink patches can be yours. Stop by the Sheriff's Office in Breckenridge to show your support and to donate to a great, local cause.
