The Jefferson Township Police Department is located in Northwest New Jersey with a population of approximately 22,000. This is our first year participating in the Pink Patch Project, and we already have plans and designs under way for future years. This year, all of our officers will be wearing a pink version of our shoulder patch on both shoulders of their uniforms for the month of October. A tshirt has also been designed and will be sold on our website, Facebook page, and at various community services events throughout the year. We have designated the Carol G. Simon Cancer Center (part of Morristown Medical Center) as the recipient of 100% of the proceeds from the sale of the patches and tshirts.
