The Anoka County Sheriff’s Office is located north of Minneapolis and is part of the seven county metro area.?ÿ Anoka County consists of 21 cities and townships and covers 440 square miles.?ÿ The population is over 352,000.?ÿ Many of the Anoka County Sheriff’s Office employees have been directly impacted or had family members impacted by cancer.?ÿ In past years, there has been a pink lapel pin fundraiser that was offered to employees.?ÿ This year, we decided to add a pink patch and offer them to the public.?ÿ We have a?ÿvery limited number of pink patches which are available for purchase in person.?ÿ All proceeds will benefit the Jimmy V Foundation for cancer research.?ÿ?ÿ
