Instructions For Uploading A Patch

Step 1 – Create Your Account

  1. Go to the REGISTER/LOGIN page
  2. Enter your information into the appropriate fields
  3. Make sure to make a note of your USERNAME and PASSWORD
  4. Select CREATE ACCOUNT
  5. An email will be sent informing you that your account is under review. Please check your inbox or SPAM folder to make sure you received this email. If not, please contact your IT to ensure emails from pinkpatchproject.com are not being filtered or blocked.
  6. Once your account has been approved, you will receive an email notification

Step 2 – Upload Your Patch

  1. Go to the REGISTER/LOGIN page
  2. Enter your USERNAME and PASSWORD in the LOGIN fields
  3. Once you are logged in, click on the SUBMIT NEW LISTING button
  4. Complete the various fields. For the DESCRIPTION area, feel free to describe your agency’s history or involvement in the program, upcoming events, or further information you wish to share with the public.
  5. For the web address, you can enter either your department’s website address or a link where people can purchase or obtain more info about your patch
  6. Change the link text to where you are sending people if they click on the link, for example; “Visit Anytown PD’s Website,” or “Purchase Our Patch Here.”
  7. Enter an email address where people can contact someone for further information.
  8. UPLOAD a square photo of your patch. If you upload any other dimensions, like a portrait or landscape oriented photo, it may be distorted.
  9. Click on SUBMIT NEW LISTING
  10. Your patch will now appear in the AGENCIES area
