October is Breast Cancer Awareness month, an annual campaign to raise awareness of this disease, which affects millions of women, men and their families. The Massachusetts Port Authority Police Department are kicking off their annual Pink Patch Project 2022 to raise awareness and funds for breast cancer research. The Pink Patch Project raises funds for cancer research, treatment and education through the sale of commemorative pink patches (see photo above). NEBPA Local 170 will be selling the 2022 Pink Patch starting October 1- October 31. All proceeds from the sales of this patch will be donated to support Breast Cancer Awareness and Research.
All funds raised will be donated to the Jimmy Fund to benefit the Dana Farber Cancer Institute. If you would like to support this great cause by purchasing a patch, please choose a way to send payment below:
