The O.V.A.C. provides ALS and BLS ambulance services to the Ossining, New York area, as well as providing ALS first response to their neighboring villages. Ossining is located in Westchester County, NY, just outside of New York City.?ÿThe O.V.A.C. is a Not-for-Profit ambulance service comprised of both volunteer and career members. They have proudly provided EMS services to the Ossining community since 1958.
