The Redlands PD pink patches will be worn in October by those Redlands PD officers who elect to purchase the pink patches. In addition to the pink patches, Redlands PD officers and staff may also elect to purchase and wear a special edition pink badge. The RPD pink patches and badges are intended to stimulate conversation with the community about the disease, to encourage public awareness about the importance of early detection of the disease, and about awareness of the on-going fight against the disease.
