The San Bernardino Community College District Police Department proudly joined the Pink Patch Project in 2023 with the goal of raising awareness for, and help fund local efforts to, support those fighting Breast Cancer.
This year, the SBCCDPD is offering our Pink Lined patches, which feature the Great Seal of California encompassed by our agency’s namesake. The blue of our patch symbolizes the SBCCCDPD’s unwavering Loyalty and Commitment to Excellence, to Others, and to the Law.
The beneficiary of this year’s efforts is the Inland Empire Ronald McDonald House, located in Loma Linda. The Ronald McDonald House offers very low cost temporary housing for families dealing with the care of their children who are admitted to the local children’s hospital. The House provides essential services and utilities to the residents that allow them to focus on the treatment and recovery of their ill children.
These patches will be redesigned next year (2024), and thus a limited offer of these patches are available. The patches are sponsored through the SBCCD Police Officer Association and available for $10 while supplies last.
