The City of Santa Maria is located on the Central Coast of California. The Santa Maria Parks Department’s Ranger Peace Officers are sworn Peace Officers working under the title of Ranger. The Rangers patrol an area of 23 square miles and encompasses all city own properties, parks, community centers, landscaped rights of way, and the Santa Maria River.?ÿ Currently, the City of Santa Maria is home to approximately 110,000 residents with the Chief law enforcement agency being the Santa Maria Police Department. 2020 will mark the first year the Santa Maria Parks Department will be participating in the Pink Patch Project, and we are excited to contribute to this noble cause any we can.?ÿ?ÿ
