The Alameda County Sheriff Office is taking part in the Pink Patch Project to benefit the Women's Cancer Resource Center (WCRC) in Berkeley, California.  The WCRC creates opportunities for women with cancer to improve their quality of life through education, support services, and practical assistance.  We are truly honored to partner with such a great organization.

Alameda Police Department

The Alameda Police Department is located in the heart of Alameda at Lincoln/Oak St. The department provides law enforcement services for a population of over 80,000 residents and growing.
This is APD's second year participating in the Pink Patch Project, and all fundraising proceeds will benefit the HERS Breast Cancer Foundation. Last year we raised over $2000 for this great cause, and hope to surpass that in the 2019 fundraising year.

Atascadero Police Department

The Atascadero Police Department is located in northern San Luis Obispo County in California. The department provides law enforcement services for a population of roughly 30,000 residences covering an area of 26 square miles.
The Atascadero Police Association members are just taking part of the Pink Patch Project with our current fundraising efforts going towards the Relay for Life North County (American Cancer Society) as our Atascadero Police Association has participated in the event in the past and wants to support it further.

Atherton Police Department

The Atherton Police Department is proud to partner with The Bay Area Cancer Connection in the fight against breast cancer. The police department will be offering a limited edition police department shoulder patch for $10.00 each. Proceeds from each sale will be donated to The Bay Area Cancer Connection.

Home to 48,000 residents, the city of Azusa is located approximately 20 miles northeast of downtown Los Angeles, at the base of the San Gabriel Mountains. The Azusa Police Department proudly serves this great community with professionalism and commitment.

Bell Police Department

The Bell Police Department is located approximately 6 miles southeast of Los Angeles, California. Nestled between the San Gabriel Mountains and the port of Long Beach in the southeastern portion of Los Angeles County lies the City of Bell. The Bell Police Department provides law enforcement services for a population of 36,000 residence covering 2.6 square miles.
We have been fortunate enough to have been part of the Pink Patch Project since 2015. Funds raised are in part for the City of Hope and to assist local families in our community who are suffering from cancer. Through this campaign, we are dedicated to; educating our community, hopeful for a cure, supporting the fighters, admiring the survivors, and remembering the taken.

Berkeley Police Department

Berkeley police are taking part in the Pink Patch Project for the 2nd year and are selling patches to the public for the first time. We have partnered with the Women’s Cancer Resource Center located in Berkeley and we will be donating all money raised to them.
The Women’s Cancer Resource Center of Berkeley is a local organization that creates opportunities for women with cancer to improve their quality of life through education, supportive services, and practical assistance.  All of the services provided are FREE of charge.

Biola University Department of Campus Safety

Biola University is a nationally ranked private Christian university in the Heart of Southern California. Founded in 1908 in downtown Los Angeles, Biola University eventually settled in the heart of the City of La Mirada.
The Department of Campus Safety is responsible for law enforcement, public safety, and emergency response at Biola University. The Department is staffed with professional campus officers, skilled administrative staff, and a dedicated cadre of student employees. The Department of Campus Safety maintains a strong working relationship with the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.
This is the second year our Department has participated in the Pink Patch Project (PPP). With 100% of all sales made from the 2018 PPP drive, we donated nearly $1000 to The City of Hope in Duarte, CA.
Our Department has several family members who at one point has had or is currently dealing with breast cancer. It is for their fight and encouragement that we are participating in this effort.
